The It’s Alive Show Announces 2007 Zombie Weekend
The It’s Alive Show is presenting Pittsburgh’s first ever Zombie Weekend at the Pittsburgh Expo Mart on October 27-28, 2007. The weekend includes:
•Zombie Fest, an unconventional convention;
•Zombie Ball, featuring live music and dancing and
•Zombie Walk at the Monroeville Mall, a follow up to the Guinness World Record™ walk held in 2006 which attracted close to 1,000 participants
All events will feature activities benefiting local charities such as the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Projected attendance for the weekend’s festivities is expected to exceed 3,000 people of all ages.
At this time, the organizers are working to identify and contact potential event sponsors and exhibit vendors.
Businesses interested in becoming a sponsor or exhibitor, please email contact information to zombiefest2007@verizon.net.
The weekend’s festivities are being planned through a grassroots effort of It’s Alive Show fans who are donating their professional time and effort.
