you need premission to orginize one?! i say just do it... nuts to the law if they try to stop you.. a horde of zombies can nullify any law of man as far as i'm concerned!

I'm in Quebec canada myself. id join for sure. best thing to do is organize a date and time , make sure the leader knows how to control a group and deal with somthing if it goes wrong ai the cops etc.

word of mouth, posters and emails would be best.
