Beware..local news reports insist that zombies might be plotting their next attack in the city of Jacksonville, Florida! Key informants note that the date hasn't been confirmed yet but there is talk of the happening.
Organizers of the walk inquire to others about how one puts on such an event without getting ticketed/arrested by the cops for "disturbing the peace" or whatever other charge they might come up with....

have any previous events had issues with cops?

Are there permits one needs for such a thing?
