Alright, so this is a tough idea I'm trying to hash out. I have never attended a Zombie (but I've wanted to). I have only been to a single convention where a Zombie Stand was there (Promo for House of the Dead), and I have done SFX for an American Civil War Documentary.
Now, as most people should know by now, Zombie anything is quite popular among military. We LOVE IT! I'm trying to arrange a Zombie-Con on one of our posts out here and even complete with a final blast of a Zombie-Walk. But at this point, I'm at a loss of how to go about it. I've got recipe's galore for fake skin, fake blood, and burns. with some crafty hands and artful craft with makeup I've been known to make it look like bone is apparent or that an eyeball is drooping/missing. So I can work on people's makeup. If anyone can offer me ideas/suggestions for the Zombie-Con/Zombie-walk I'd be ever so grateful.
