We are currently trying to organize a Zombie Walk in St. Louis, Missouri!
If anyone is interested please post a response and tell your friends. The tentative date is Saturday, October 23rd, 2010. We're trying to organize it early to get the word out there, give people time to plan, prepare, and make costumes, and get a large number of people to participate.
