Asheville Zombie DAY is ON!

After battling with City hall and other such nonsense, it is obvious we won't be walking as we did last year. Estimates have reached as high as two thousand participates and cling-along observers. The city wasn't down with that large a crowd...so...we are having ZOMBIE DAY Oct, 16th. All day (but mostly in nthe aft. We shall all be downtown, park wherever and go about your bizniz as the dead. Look for MANY random surprises and acts of shambling art.

that totally sucks so much i mean i was out of town last year and i heard it was friggin epic. ive been looking forward to this :( they cant take this away from us...
anyway my question is...
zombie day is just walking around like i normally would downtown on friday dressed?
man if theres absolutely no way city hall would let us gather in a huge group i say we skate the crap out of the new park in front of the court house just to piss them off:)
