BUSING TO THE CEMETERY?
The "#7 ST. LAURENT" goes right in front of the Beechwood Cemetery Entrance.
You can catch the 7 on Rideau St, near the Shoppers Drugmart. It is about a 15 minute bus ride. Keep your eye open for the big wooden "Beechwood Cemetery" sign, it will be on your right.
Busing is a highly recommended method of transportation to get to the cemetery - it guarantees you will arrive at the right entrance, and you will also see lots of other zombies on your bus, too.
ATTENTION ALL PARTICIPANTS:
#1) PLEASE MEET AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE CEMETERY; Do not enter the premises! It is private property.
#2) PLEASE STAY IN CHARACTER!!!
If you are going to dress up and come out to the walk, please stay in character. It is wayyyy cooler if we all act like zombies. I wanna see you all limping and groaning!!!
#3) NOT FOR CHARITY:
I saw on other Ottawa Zombie Walk "groups" that it was recommended to bring "charitable goods" or "donations", I have no idea where the creator of those groups heard that the zombie walks in Ottawa are for charity, because they never have been, and the one this year is not for charity either.
PLEASE IGNORE INFORMATION ON OTHER BOARDS.
