Ladies and Gentlemen of zombiewalk.com,
You are invited to take part of what plans to be Brighton's Largest Zombie Walk.
Zombie Walk to take place: Saturday November 3rd 2007.
Time: 4PM
Place: Outside main entrance of Brighton Train Station
Address:
Queens Road
Brighton
BN1 1AL
What is a zombie walk?
A zombie walk (also known as a zombie mob, zombie march or zombie lurch) is an organized public gathering of two or more people who dress up in zombie costumes. Usually taking place in an urban centre, the participants make their way around the city streets in a somewhat *****ly fashion and often limping their way towards a local cemetery or other public space.
Where will Zombie Walk go: Starts at 4pm EXACTLY outside Brighton train station (see above for address) Walk shall then proceed down Queens Road. Down to the sea front and then finally towards The West Pier.
Zombies are asked to stay in character throughout the walk.
The undead activities don't stop there, we are encouraging zombies to hold their own mini beach parties. So bring Tall cans of blood for beverages and fresh meat for snacking.
The Brighton Zombie Walk has been given the chance to attend The pussycat Club's halloween theme night for *****er admission and fast track entry. To read more about this please visit www.myspace.com/beachofthedead
Please note: this event is for fun and for lovers of dressing up, zombie and horror films.
Please leave your attitudes for the living.
Warnings:
- Don't touch anyone! People will usually take this in the wrong way and scream for help.
- Avoid little kids if possible. They don't know it's fake and you'll get their parents mad.
- If the police stop you, or you are generally confronted by anyone who has a problem, be friendly and understanding, and let them win any arguments. You're the one breaking social convention here.
-Do not do anything illegal. Dressing up in a costume is not an excuse to break windows, loot shops, or flip cars.
-Be careful pouring fake blood INTO your ear—don't let it get in your inner ear canal, as it may cause infection. Better to just smear it around or use a cotton swab to give the dribble-effect.
-Fake blood can be VERY sticky, so be careful if you have to get in a car or another place you don't want to make a mess of.
COME BE A PART OF WHAT HOPES TO BE BRIGHTON'S LARGEST ZOMBIE WALK.
At least have some fun dressing up and playing a fool.
All are welcome.
Please spread the word.
