it was a gory good time.. just got home and i'm exhausted.
it was good to see everyone went all out with the blood.
it still surprises me how terrified some people get. those kids will be emotionally scarred for life i think.
good times, good times.
we will post pics and video soon.

That was such a good time. Sorry I had to skip out on the second part of the walk.
Thank you all for donating what you had. I'll have a running total of how much we earned by tonight.

so much fun. the stares were great, the looks of indifference were amusing - but the screams were truly fulfilling. can't wait until next year.

Yep another great day for a zombie walk too. Three years in a row we've had awesome weather and great times! I cannot wait for next years which will be number 4. 2009 will be the 5 year anniversary of the Richmond Zombie Walk! Wow!
Please post pictures somewhere other than my space. Live Journal maybe?

This is the first year that my gf and I participated in the zombie walk. We had a blast! I think we're definitely going to do it again next year. I also wanted to say thank you to all of those that helped me out. A couple cool guys lent me a hand and gave me some more blood. It did enhance my costume quite a bit. Thanks again, gentleman. The rinky-dink stuff I used wasn't cutting it. Big thank you to the organizers of this fine event! You guys certainly made it memorable.

That was definitely a good time, though next year we'll hopefully have the walk on a day when VCU isn't on break...
I also love how pissed off most of the people in the library look every year. Humorless ghouls...
There will be an article on I-Mockery covering the Zombie Walk later this week. I'll post a link once it's up!
Thanks to Anthony and Josh for once again planning such a fun event!
Hey all!
I had a great time!
My friend April and I were a couple of the pajama zombies :D
Sorry we didn't stay for the second part but we had to get back to Newport News.
I was able to take a few quick shots of video and finished editing them together and posting the video on youtube. I apologize for the quality or lack there of.

Sorry, was in a bad mood.
I know a lot of people at Cabell Library and they speak of the zombie trips fondly. I think they enjoy those visits a lot, even if a few gives dirty stares.
The Carytown trips are hilarious, though perhaps the weekend before Halloween would be even better. Or a twilight visit.
But the kids in the van were underprivileged kids who don't get to go out and have fun like that very often. I doubt you scarred too many of them, remember that most of them live every day in neighborhoods you are scared to walk in at night, but you probably did ruin one of the few fun things that those poverty-level kids get to do and that's not cool.

You never really get an idea of what shambling and lurching really sounds like till you do this. What a great time. My wife took a bunch of pics and got video of nearly the whole line moving by. I'll let you know when it's posted.

Hey all,
I've tried to put together a list of all the links that have been posted here and that I've found while going online.
If you want to see them, I've posted them on my blog.

So far about 9 pages with photos and 4 Youtube videos.
I'll update as I find more if I do.
Sadly, no Santa/Jesus picture yet.

Maybe deadmason could send out an email to everyone letting them know that pictures are being posted here and others are welcome to post their own?
Then whoever was behind the camera might post their picture :D
Course thats up to deadmason :) I don't want to step on any toes, but there were a lot of cameras on the route and I would love to see more pictures! :)
